Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy practice that supports nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and overall balance.

Sound Healing

Sound healing sessions use tuning forks, Tibetan metal bowls, and other sound instruments to support relaxation and nervous system regulation through vibration and tone.

Reiki & Sound Healing

This session combines Reiki with gentle sound therapy using tuning forks and/or Tibetan metal bowls. Reiki helps regulate the nervous system, while sound is used selectively to support grounding, relaxation, and coherence in the body.
