What to Expect
Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we focus on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
Each session is thoughtfully customized to your intentions, nervous system state, and the wisdom of your body
We begin with a brief intention-setting conversation, followed by integration time afterward to support grounding and processing
Sessions are slow, intentional, and deeply attuned to your body’s signals.
You may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, subtle physical sensations, or a gentle sense of energetic recalibration
Sessions are designed to complement, not replace, medical or therapeutic care
You may experience deep relaxation, emotional softening, a sense of spaciousness, or subtle physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, or release. Some clients simply feel calmer and more grounded afterward. Others notice shifts unfolding over the following days.
All experiences are valid.
The Experience
Many people come to this work not because something is “wrong,” but because something feels stuck in their bodies.
You may notice:
Difficulty sleeping or feeling fully rested
Persistent restlessness or nervous system tension
A sense of heaviness, fog, or emotional buildup
Feeling disconnected from your body or hard to “drop in”
Chronic stress that doesn’t resolve with rest alone
Rather than following a rigid protocol, each session is guided by:
Your nervous system state
Your stated goals or areas of concern
Subtle cues from the body during the session
Before Your Session - Prep
Please review the following to help you get the most out of your appointment
☐ Wear comfortable clothing, ideally natural fibers (cotton, linen, or wool)
☐ Avoid clothing with metal buttons, zippers, or heavy hardware when possible
☐ Eat lightly beforehand if needed
☐ Bring water
☐ Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
☐ Silence your phone and allow yourself to unplug
You do not need to:
☐ Meditate beforehand
☐ Have prior experience with energy or sound work
☐ Try to relax or “do it right”
